MyoTape for Adults

MyoTape for Adults is designed to gently encourage nasal breathing during sleep by surrounding the mouth and supporting light lip closure.

Unlike traditional mouth tape, MyoTape does not cover the mouth directly. It sits around the lips with gentle elastic tension, helping create a more comfortable night-time breathing routine.

How to use:

1. Remove the paper backing
2. Gently stretch the tape by approximately 30%
3. Bring the lips together
4. Place the tape around the mouth
5. Remove gently after use

Important:

Do not use if you have severe nasal congestion, severe breathing problems, a severe heart condition, risk of vomiting, or have consumed alcohol or sedatives. Not suitable for children under 4 years of age or anyone unable to remove the tape independently.
